X-Tenda Coat XTRA Silicone is a single-component, moisture-cured, fluid- applied low-VOC silicone roof coating in Carlisle's X-Tenda Coat restoration line. Carlisle's brochure describes it as 100% silicone, high-solids and solvent-free, for use over smooth asphaltic BUR, smooth or granulated cap sheets, single-ply membranes, well-adhered acrylic coating, metal and concrete, and states it can be applied in excess of 50 mils in a single coat. Companion XTRA silicone mastics are sold for detail work.
