A heat-weldable PVC membrane that the product data sheet describes as used only in fully adhered systems with liquid-applied bonding adhesives, with thick PVC top and bottom plies around an internal fiberglass reinforcement and antimicrobials throughout the polymer, made to exceed minimum thickness in 60 and 80 mil. The data sheet says it meets or exceeds ASTM D4434 as Type II, lists a UL 2218 Class 4 rating for impact resistance, White, Gray, Tan and Light Gray, initial SRI of 110 for white, and manufacture in Greenville, IL. Carlisle's Sure-Flex FRS product page instead describes the membrane as "Sure-Flex PVC FRS FleeceBACK", made of Elvaloy copolymer, fiberglass scrim and a polyester fleece backing.
