SecurShield RapidLock (RL) is a coated-glass-faced polyiso roof insulation panel that serves as the hook side of Carlisle's RapidLock hook-and-loop attachment for FleeceBACK membranes, giving a fully adhered system without adhesive. Panels are 4' x 8' in 2 in. and 2.6 in. thicknesses, with a stated R-value of 5.7 per inch. The data sheet lists ASTM C1289 Type II Class 2 Grade 2, IBC Section 2603, UL 790/263/1256 as a component of Class A roof systems, FM 4450/4470 Class 1, CAN/ULC S704 and Florida Building Code approval.
