SecurShield HD Composite RapidLock combines a SecurShield HD high-density polyiso cover board laminated to SecurShield polyiso insulation with a RapidLock hook facer, so FleeceBACK membranes attach by hook-and-loop without adhesive. Panels are 47.5 in. x 95.5 in. and 47.5 in. x 47.5 in., 2.0 in. to 4.0 in. thick in 0.5 in. steps. The data sheet lists ASTM C1289 Type II (Class 4 cover board, Class 2 base), UL 790/263/1256 as a component of Class A roof systems, FM 4450/4470 Class 1, CAN/ULC S704 and Florida Building Code approval.
