LIQUISEAL Liquid Flashing Resin is a two-component, polyurethane-based resin used with LIQUISEAL Liquid Flashing Fleece, a 50-mil non-woven needle-punched polyester reinforcement, to form a reinforced, cold-applied liquid flashing. Carlisle lists the resin as compatible with all of its single-ply membranes and as UV and colour stable, solvent-free and low-VOC, in bright white or gray, at 13.6 sq ft per gallon, in half-gallon and 1-gallon packs with a 2-year shelf life. The system uses a LIQUISEAL Metal Primer (a two-part polyurethane primer for prepared metal or EPDM) and a LIQUISEAL Concrete and Masonry Primer (a two-part epoxy primer).
