HP-250 Primer is a solvent-based product for cleaning and priming EPDM membranes before pressure-sensitive products such as SecurTAPE and Factory-Applied Tape are applied. Carlisle lists coverage as high as 450 sq ft per gallon on Kleen EPDM and about 250 sq ft per gallon on dusted EPDM, in six 1-gallon cans and 3-gallon pails with a 12-month shelf life. It is also sold as CAV-PRIME HP-250 in a pressurized cylinder for spray application with Carlisle's CAV-PRIME spray gun and applicator kit.
