CAV-GRIP III is a spray-applied aerosol contact adhesive and primer, applied with a spray gun and needing no stirring. Carlisle lists it for adhering standard Sure-Weld TPO and Sure-Seal EPDM to horizontal substrates and to vertical walls, for adhering FleeceBACK membranes to vertical walls, as a primer for VapAir Seal 725TR, and as an unexposed asphalt primer ahead of FAST adhesive for insulation attachment. Carlisle's product page says it can be used in cold temperatures and as a horizontal substrate adhesive for warranties up to 20 years. It is packaged in 40 lb and 85 lb aerosol cylinders with a 12-month shelf life unopened.
