PBR Panel (Purlin Bearing R Panel) is an exposed-fastener steel R panel with a purlin bearing leg, roll-formed to order by Caliber Metal for roof and wall use. It has ribs at 12 inch centres, a 1.25 inch rib height, 36 inch coverage and panel lengths from 1 to 52 feet, in 24 and 26 gauge steel. Caliber Metal lists a 1/12 recommended minimum roof slope, installation over open framing up to a 5 foot span or solid decking, and butyl tape on the overlap for roofing applications.
