Buckeye Standing Seam is a concealed-fastener steel roof panel that Buckeye Metal Sales roll-forms in its shop or on site with a portable roll-former, cut to within 1/8 inch. The residential panel has a 1.5 inch rib, 15 inch standard coverage with special coverage optional, a built-in nail flange and pre-notched installation tabs, in four profiles including full striation, 2 bead and 3 bead; a mechanical seam panel is offered in full striation for commercial work. Panels are 26 gauge with 24 gauge available, on an AZ50 Galvalume substrate, in nearly 40 colours including crinkle finishes. The brochure states a UL Class A fire rating for roof coverings without naming the test standard, and the maker states a limited lifetime transferable warranty on almost every colour and 40 years on crinkle colours.
