Buckeye Wave is an exposed-fastener steel roofing and siding panel designed by Buckeye Metal Sales, with 4 squarer ribs on 12 inch spacing instead of the standard panel's 5, 3/4 inch rib height and 36 inch coverage, on an AZ50 Galvalume substrate. Striations between the ribs are intended to reduce visible oil-canning. It comes standard in 28 gauge, with 26 gauge and 24 gauge in some colours, and is also offered in a crinkle finish. The maker notes it needs a smoother, sturdier deck than its standard panel and states a limited lifetime warranty, or 40 years on crinkle colours.
