Brava Flat Tile

UL 2218 Class 4

Brava's fourth composite roofing line, molded to create a concrete-tile style finish. Per QAI code evaluation report CERus-1014 (revision April 2025), field tile measures 17.5 by 13.75 inches at 2.7 pounds with a 14-inch installed exposure and an installed weight of 2.16 pounds per square foot (about 216 pounds per square) — the lightest of Brava's four profiles. Supplied in the Brava One formulation with designated fastener locators and a range of colors, it is UL 2218 Class 4 impact rated and approved for High Velocity Hurricane Zone use, with maximum allowable wind-uplift pressures of 109 psf (ring-shank nails) or 202 psf (#8 screws) per TAS 125. Unlike Brava's other lines, the only roof fire-classified assembly listed for Flat Tile in CERus-1014 is Class C (over Intertape Palisade synthetic underlayment) — no Class A assembly is listed for this profile. The line does not yet appear in bravarooftile.com's product navigation; the manufacturer's code evaluation report is its published source.
