Viking Type IV Ply Sheet is an asphalt-coated fiberglass base sheet and interply sheet for BITEC's Viking asphaltic built-up roofing systems, for new construction and re-roofing over a variety of substrates. The data sheet states it meets and exceeds ASTM D 2178 Type IV, the specification for asphalt glass felt used in roofing and waterproofing, and describes it as inorganic and rot-proof.
