Viking BUR Restore is a cold-applied blend of oxidized asphalt, penetrating oils and non-asbestos reinforcing fillers used to rejuvenate aged asphalt flood coats and resaturate weathered felts on asphalt built-up roofs. It is applied by brush, squeegee or airless spray, is supplied black in 5-gallon pails, and the data sheet lists a VOC content below 300 g/L.
