StrongHold Single Sided Bonding Adhesive is a water-based, single-component hydrocarbon resin emulsion modified with synthetic and butyl rubber, for bonding EPDM to insulation boards and other porous or non-porous roofing substrates. The data sheet lists a VOC content of 8 g/L and describes it as non-flammable; it is supplied in 5-gallon pails.
