Storm Breaker 2-Part Epoxy Primer is a two-component, water-based primer used to improve the adhesion of Storm Breaker roof coating systems over concrete, metal, wood, most single-ply roof membranes and existing coatings. The data sheet lists a VOC content below 100 g/L and roller, brush or sprayer application. It is supplied as a 10-gallon set of a 5-gallon Part A pail and a 5-gallon Part B pail.
