BITEC SPS-3H is a polyester-reinforced SBS modified bitumen base ply designed for hot asphalt (Type III or IV) or cold adhesive application with BITEC PMA-186 over approved substrates in commercial roof membrane configurations. The data sheet lists a 3 mm nominal (124 mil average) thickness, a weight of 72 lbs per 100 square feet, coal slag surfacing on both faces, and 33.9 ft by 3.28 ft rolls. It lists UL classification R13231 as a membrane for roofing systems as to external fire exposure only, NEMO certification and FM Approval.
