BITEC SPM-4H/250 is a granule-surfaced, polyester-reinforced SBS modified bitumen cap ply designed for hot asphalt application over built-up ply felt systems, or hot asphalt or cold adhesive (BITEC PMA-186) application over BITEC SBS base plies. The data sheet lists a 4 mm nominal (163 mil average) thickness, a weight of 100 lbs per 100 square feet, ceramic granule top surfacing, and 33.9 ft by 3.28 ft rolls in 13 colors including a CRRC-compliant Ultra White. It lists UL classification R13231 as a membrane for roofing systems as to external fire exposure only and NEMO certification.
