BITEC Imperflex USA is a self-adhered SBS modified bitumen base ply for commercial and residential roofing, applied by removing a split release film from the back of the sheet. It may also be used as a vapor retarder or underlayment. The data sheet lists a 2 mm nominal (80 mil average) thickness, a weight of 53 lbs per 100 square feet, a polyethylene film or coal slag top surface, and 49.2 ft by 3.28 ft rolls. It lists UL classification R-13231, NEMO certification and Florida Product Approval.
