BITEC IM-Prime is a polymer emulsion-based primer used to improve the adhesion of self-adhered membranes to cinder block, concrete, OSB, plywood, several named gypsum-based boards, and prepared metal. The data sheet lists drying tack-free within 2 hours at 77 F, a VOC content under 50 g/L, coverage of 1/3 to 1/2 gallon per 100 square feet, and 3-gallon or 5-gallon pails.
