BITEC Compaflash flashing tubes are solid sticks of the APP or SBS modified bitumen compound used in BITEC modified bitumen membranes, heated with a torch and troweled in to add compound at flashing details or, with fiberglass fabric or compatible membrane, to make small repairs where membrane bitumen is displaced or damaged. Compaflash SBS is for asphalt built-up and SBS modified bitumen roofs, and Compaflash APP is for APP modified bitumen roofs. It is not a substitute for a factory-made membrane. Sticks are packed 32 per carton.
