BITEC APS-4T is a polyester-reinforced APP modified bitumen base ply designed for torch application over approved substrates in commercial roof membrane configurations. The data sheet lists a 4 mm nominal (160 mil average) thickness, a weight of 84 lbs per 100 square feet, a bitumen top surface with an embossed burn-off film, and roll dimensions of 33.9 ft by 3.28 ft. It lists UL classification R13231 as a membrane for roofing systems as to external fire exposure only, Florida Product Approval, FM Approval, TDI Evaluation ID RC-58 and HUD MR No. 1229.
