A 36 in. x 30 in. ladder-access roof hatch with a polycarbonate dome cover that admits daylight, built in aluminum with one-hand operation, and offered in other standard hatch sizes and custom sizes. The guide specification rates the cover for a 40 psf live load or 20 psf wind uplift, and BILCO's size table also lists a thermally broken GS-50TB model.
