Spanish Tile is a metal roof of individual factory-formed barrel tiles, 8 inches wide by 16 inches long and 2 inches tall, installed over Berridge Deep Vee-Panels on open framing or solid sheathing with concealed fasteners. The product page prints 24 gauge steel, a smooth finish, an optional custom mixed color palette, Deep Vee-Panels to 40 feet or site-formed on the Berridge SP-14 roll former, 100 tiles per square and about 180 fasteners per square. The data sheet's certification chart lists UL 580/UL 1897, UL 790 Class A, UL 2218 Class 4, Florida approval FL 11422.6 (wood deck) and a Texas Department of Insurance listing to UL 580 and ASTM E-1592.
