BEMO 65/305 is a standing seam metal roof panel 2 9/16 in (65 mm) high and 12 in (305 mm) wide, roll-formed in continuous lengths and offered straight, tapered, convex, concave, serpentine and perforated, with variable panel widths from 4 in (100 mm) to 26 7/8 in (682 mm). It has an integrated anti-capillary groove and a seam-injected hot-melt butyl sealant, and is made in aluminum (.032, .040, .050 in), Galvalume (24, 22, 20 and 18 ga), copper (16, 20, 24 and 32 oz) and stainless steel (24 and 22 ga, types 304, 316 and duplex). It suits slopes of 1/4:12 or greater over open framing or solid substrates and attaches with aluminum halters, composite thermal halters or sliding hook clips. The data sheet lists ASTM E1592, E283, E331, E1646 and E1680 testing, UL 580 (UL90), FM 4471 Class 1-90 to 1-180, a Miami-Dade certification at -219.6 psf, and a UL Class A fire resistance rating for the system with UL "P" fire classification assemblies.
