A thermally broken 11 gauge aluminum roof hatch (model BRHT) with 3 in. of polyiso in both curb and cover (R-20.3) and an acoustic EPDM gasket, offered in 36 x 30, 36 x 36, 48 x 48, 30 x 54 and 30 x 96 in. sizes for ladder, ship-stair or service-stair access. It has a railing-ready single-wall curb with EZ tab counterflash, a gas spring with integrated damper and a slam latch rated for 20 psf wind uplift, and Babcock-Davis positions it for IECC energy-code compliance; the cover carries a 40 psf live load.
