A daylighting roof hatch (model BRHL) whose 11 gauge aluminum cover frames a 1/8 in. clear UV-coated polycarbonate dome, with single or double glazing in bronze, white or clear/white, on a steel or aluminum single-wall curb with EZ tab counterflash, in ladder (36 x 30, 36 x 36, 48 x 48 in.) and ship-stair (30 x 54 in.) sizes. The product page gives latch ratings of 20 psf wind uplift for lengths up to 60 in. with a palm slam latch and 90 psf for longer units with a 2-point rotary latch.
