A large-opening roof hatch (model BRHE) for moving equipment through the roof, in single-leaf (standard sizes 30 x 96, 48 x 48 and 60 x 60 in.) and double-leaf (48 x 48 up to 144 x 144 in.) versions, built in 11 gauge aluminum, 14 gauge galvanneal steel or 14 gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It uses gas springs with dampers, tamper-proof hinges, automatic hold-open arms and a single-wall curb with EZ tab counterflash, with double-wall and curb-mount options and 1 in. or 2 in. polyiso insulation upgrades; the cover carries a 40 psf live load.
