Molded expanded polystyrene (EPS) rigid insulation with laminated film facers, made by Atlas Molded Products, a division of Atlas Roofing Corporation, and listed on its roof insulation page for roof re-cover use with PVC-compatible dual film facers. Roof profiles are laminated flat sheets (4 ft x 8 ft, standard sizes up to 4 inches thick) and a laminated fan fold bundle, 3/8 inch or 1/2 inch thick, that expands to 4 ft x 50 ft and covers 200 square feet. Offered in 10, 13 and 15 psi compressive strengths (ASTM C578 Type I, VIII and II), with R-values per inch at 75 F of 3.9 to 4.2. The data sheet cites UL ER16529-01 and ICC-ES ESR-1962, and Atlas backs it with a limited lifetime warranty for physical and thermal performance.
