Isoleren RL is ATAS International's insulated metal roof panel: a 2.375-inch tall standing seam panel with a tee-shaped rib that is mechanically seamed in the field over a panel-specific clip, with a continuously poured-in-place polyisocyanurate foam core and an Isoleren ML liner. The spec data sheet lists 26, 24 and 22 gauge 55% Al-Zn alloy coated steel facers, 42-inch modules in 2.5, 3, 4, 5 and 6-inch thicknesses (SKUs IRL421 to IRL426), lengths from 12 to 53 ft, and a recommended minimum slope of 1/2:12. The product tab gives a K factor of 0.138 at 75 F mean temperature. Panel testing listed on the sheet includes UL 790, UL 580, ASTM E1592 and ASTM E1646 for new and retrofit commercial, industrial and architectural roofs.
