Polaroof RAC is a single-component moisture-cure urethane roof coating modified with aluminum flakes and fire-retardant chemicals, in bright silver. Two coats yield 30 mils dry film thickness at 2 to 3 gallons per 100 square feet, and it is packaged in 1, 5 and 55 gallon sizes. The data sheet states it is approved by Underwriters Laboratories and Factory Mutual and lists a Class 1 surface spread of flame result under ASTM E-108; the product page states it upgrades a roof to Class A fire status. Polaroof RAC-OZ, sold under its own data sheet, is Polaroof RAC combined with one quart of OZ Catalyst per five gallon pail to form a two-component oxazolidine urethane with higher chemical and oil resistance and a stated 10-year warranty.
