Polaroof NW is a single-component, solvent-based ethylene elastomer waterproofing coating for metal roofs, concrete decks and roofs with ponded water. Two coats yield 18 to 26 mils dry film thickness at 2 to 3 gallons per 100 square feet. The data sheet lists a moisture vapor transmission of 0.01 perms under ASTM E-96, states the coating may be used as a vapor barrier, and lists 24 standard colors with white carrying Energy Star certification. It is packaged in 1 and 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.
