Polaroof AC is a single-component, water-based acrylic elastomeric roof coating. Its data sheet lists a recommended 32 mils dry film thickness applied in two coats at about 3 gallons per 100 square feet, 24 standard colors plus custom colors, and 1, 5 and 55 gallon packaging. The data sheet prints a Class A fire rating under ASTM E-108, 750% elongation under ASTM D-412, and a ten-year material warranty. Listed substrates include wood, metal, asphalt BUR, concrete, insulation, modified bitumen, polyurethane foam, single-ply and slate or tile.
