Polaprime 21 is a single-component, solvent-based polyurethane primer for oxidized steel, new mild steel and steel-reinforced concrete, in red or gray. The data sheet lists coverage of about 300 square feet per gallon, conversion of type 2 rust, and use to improve coating adhesion to concrete, wood and metals. It is packaged in 1 and 5 gallon pails.
