Maximum-Stretch is a white elastomeric acrylic rubberized roof coating and sealant for low-slope roof maintenance over metal, built-up roofing, rolled roofing, modified bitumen, concrete, EPDM and wood. Its technical data sheet lists up to 650% elongation (ASTM D2370), initial reflectance of 88.0% (ASTM C1549) and initial emittance of 0.85 (ASTM C1371), VOC under 25 g/L, and coverage of 1 gallon per 100 sq ft per coat with at least two coats for a 10.6-mil minimum total dry film. It is sold in 1-gallon, 5-gallon, 55-gallon and 250-gallon sizes, in white and custom colors.
