High-Tensile Acrylic 211 is a high-solids acrylic elastomeric roof coating formulated for high tensile strength and elongation and, the maker says, best used for custom-tint projects, as a protective coating over sprayed polyurethane foam, metal, modified bitumen, smooth BUR and most single-ply roofs. Its product data sheet reports 55 percent solids by volume, 600 percent elongation and 500 psi tensile strength (ASTM D2370) and an initial solar reflectance of 87 percent, and states the coating is designed for positive drainage, so ponding areas need correction before installation.
