High-Solids Silicone 412 is a ready-to-use, single-component, moisture-cure silicone roof coating for spray polyurethane foam roofing, single-ply restoration and as the topcoat of several American WeatherStar systems, over modified bitumen, EPDM, single-ply, smooth BUR, concrete and SPF. Both the product page and the data sheet give 92 percent solids by volume (ASTM D-2697) and a VOC under 50 g/L, but they print different film properties: the page lists 170 percent elongation and 450 psi tensile strength, while the product data sheet lists 250 percent elongation and 330 psi.
