High-Build Acrylic 212 is a plasticizer-free, 100 percent acrylic elastomeric roof coating based on American WeatherStar's high-tensile formula, designed to be applied at up to 50 wet mils in one coat with sag-resistant technology for vertical surfaces, over galvanized metal, concrete, PVC, Hypalon, EPDM, polyurethane foam and primed asphaltic surfaces. Its product data sheet reports 55 percent solids by volume and 66 percent by weight, 600 percent elongation, 500 psi tensile strength and an SRI of 107.
