Fabric Bond 930 is a water-based bonding agent used to secure polyester reinforcing fabric to roof surfaces and as a primer over asphalt, concrete, wood, tile, metal and other clean, dry, non-silicone surfaces. It must be top coated with an American WeatherStar top coat. Its product data sheet reports 44 percent solids by volume, a viscosity of 600 to 800 cps and a blue color, in 5-gallon packaging.
