Color Prime 915 is a two-component, water-based epoxy primer for metal roofs before application of High-Gloss Acrylic 215, also used as a bonding primer on metals, masonry, copper and wood and as a masonry block filler. Its product data sheet reports 45 percent solids by volume (ASTM D2697), 5A adhesion (ASTM D3359), VOC under 100 g/L and a 4-hour pot life once mixed. It is supplied as a black Part A in a 5-gallon pail holding 4 gallons and a clear Part B in a 1-gallon pail, applied at 1 gallon per 200 to 400 square feet.
