Aromatic Urethane 520 is a high-solids, single-component, moisture-cure polyurethane elastomeric coating developed as a protective coating for sprayed-in-place polyurethane foam roofing and also used over EPDM, modified bitumen, single-ply membranes, BUR, concrete and most metals. Its product data sheet gives 70 percent solids by volume and a silver color. The product page and the data sheet print different film properties: the page lists 350 percent elongation and 975 psi tensile strength, while the data sheet lists 475 percent elongation and 715 psi.
