The WR70 is a minimalist wire-loop pad-style snow guard made of copper wire, sized as a 1 7/8" diameter loop with a single eyelet, for new installations on natural slate, cedar shingle, composition shingle and flat tile roofs. It attaches with one fastener into the roof deck beneath overlapping courses. The specification sheet gives no printed holding-strength figure; the substrate must be verified to withstand the added retained snow load and layout is engineered per project.
