SnowMax - Standing Seam is a fence-style snow guard for new or existing standing seam metal roofs that clamps to the seam with stainless steel set screws, without penetrating the panel, and allows bracket spacing of up to 48 inches on center. The system is a SnowMax Lite-Bar with splice plus seam-specific attachment blocks (U2, U2 Milled, T2, UT2 or Z2) chosen by seam profile, all 6000 series aluminum in mill finish, with optional ice flags and an optional .032 aluminum color insert in pre-painted Kynar 500 colors. SnowMax is also offered in membrane and corrugated versions.
