TECHNO SB 50 is a mechanically fastened synthetic roof underlayment for concrete, metal and tile roofs, with an AQUA TRAK surface for traction in wet conditions. The data sheet lists 10-square (250 ft by 48 in) and 5-square (125 ft by 48 in) rolls, 6 months of UV exposure and approval for high-temperature installation. It lists ASTM D226 Types I and II, ASTM D8257, a Class A fire classification to ASTM E108 as part of a system, Texas Department of Insurance, Florida Product Approval FL12512, Miami-Dade County approval and code listing ESR-1601. Its limited warranty runs up to 50 years for the original owner of a single-family detached home in the United States and 10 years for other property types.
