PBR Panel (R-panel) is an exposed-fastener purlin bearing rib steel panel for roof and wall applications, with deep trapezoidal ribs, smaller ribs between them, and 36 inch finished coverage. It has a 1-1/4 inch rib on 12 inch centers and is roll-formed in 26 gauge, including crinkle and wood-grain digital-print finishes, in lengths of 3 to 50 feet. Allsteel recommends a roof slope of 1/12 or greater and notes the panel can provide diaphragm support. Allsteel states a 40 year warranty on painted material, 25 years on Galvalume and 20 years on its Tru-Steel HD digital prints, subject to the conditions of its paint warranty.
