The Edge Vent (model EVI) is Air Vent's shingle-over intake vent that installs at the roof's edge, for homes with or without overhangs, sold in 4-foot black pieces. The 2026 ventilation catalog prints 9 square inches of net free area per linear foot, a 3/12 or steeper pitch requirement, ring-shanked nails included, and that it passed 30-day ice dam testing. Air Vent's warranty chart lists the EVI with a Limited Lifetime Warranty and 5 year Replacement Plus protection.
