ShingleVent II is a low-profile, shingle-over ridge vent with an external wind baffle and internal weather filter, printing 18 square inches of net free area per linear foot and fitting roof pitches from 3/12 to 16/12. It is made of durable copolymer resins and ships in ten 4-foot pieces per box, with reinforced nail bosses and nail holes at 16 in. and 24 in. centers. The sell sheet backs it with a "Limited Lifetime Warranty and 5-Year Replacement Plus Protection," which reimburses labor costs to remove and replace a defective vent for the first 5 years.
