Air Vent's electric roof-mount power attic ventilators are thermostat or thermostat/humidistat controlled fans under galvanized steel or polypropylene domes, which the sell sheet recommends for hard-to-vent hip roofs. The power vents sell sheet lists the ASR-HP All Season Roof High Power vent (1500 CFM, thermostat/humidistat), the SV3000 High Capacity (1500 CFM), the RV28 Power Cool (1320 CFM), the PC12 (1170 CFM, thermostat/humidistat) and the RV26 Power Cool (1170 CFM), for attics of 2,100, 2,100, 1,900, 1,650 and 1,650 sq. ft. respectively, and the catalog calls them UL listed with thermal overload protection. Air Vent's warranty chart gives ASRHP and SV3000 a Limited Lifetime Warranty and RV26, RV28 and PC12 a 10 Year Limited Warranty, each with 5 year Replacement Plus protection; the catalog instead prints a limited lifetime warranty for the RV28.
