Snap Lock is a concealed-clip steel roof panel from Agway Metals; each panel is held by hidden clips along the rib and snaps into the previous panel, with no seamer required. It comes in two rib heights, SL25 (1 inch) and SL38 (1-1/2 inch), in 24 gauge (0.024 inch) steel, with panel widths from 10 inches up to 20.8 and 19.3 inches respectively and sheet lengths from 2 ft 6 in to 45 ft. The product sheet lists minimum slopes of 3/12 for SL25 and 1.5/12 for SL38, and calls for a single-skin installation over a solid substrate and waterproof membrane with clips at a maximum of 2 ft centres, two fasteners per clip. Stiffening flutes are optional.
