AR Standing Seam is a concealed-clip standing seam steel roof panel that Agway Metals offers in three side-lap rib heights: AR-25 (1 inch), AR-38 (1-1/2 inch) and AR-50 (2 inch). Panels are 24 gauge (0.024 inch), with 22 gauge by special order, in variable widths up to 21, 20 and 18.5 inches respectively and sheet lengths from 2 ft 6 in to 45 ft. Seams can be folded at 90 or 180 degrees, and the product sheet lists minimum slopes of 3/12 for AR-25, 1.5/12 for AR-38 and 0.5/12 for AR-50, with side-lap caulking recommended below 2/12. Panels are installed as a single skin over a solid substrate and waterproof membrane with hold-down clips, an optional two-piece expansion clip, optional stiffening flutes and an optional batten cap; the profile can be curved.
