AF-4400 is a waterborne, field-applied hybrid coating made with Kynar Aquatec PVDF resin and elastomeric acrylic resins, listed by Acrymax among its roof coatings. Its data sheet recommends it as a thin-film top coat over Acrymax elastomeric coating systems on metal, concrete, wood, single-ply roof membranes and other materials, or directly over PC-125 primer, at 2.5 to 5 mils dry film. It lists PVDF content greater than 25%, VOC under 50 g/L and 39.2% solids by volume, and comes in white and standard colours.
